国家防总对浙江福建启动防汛防台风三级应急响应_我的网站

A |     记者从应急管理部获悉，国家防总7日将针对浙江、福建的防汛防台风四级应急响应提升至三级。    (ECNS) -- A new global initiative to speed up real-world robot deployment was launched on Thursday during the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing.    Jointly launched by the World Robot Cooperation Organization (WRCO) and the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the Global Robot Application Exploration Program calls for scenario demand submissions from industry bodies, research institutes and robotics enterprises across the world.    Every year, the program will select 1,000 high-potential application scenarios from global participants. Robot products will be provided for free trial use and customized secondary development in these real settings, turning technological advances quickly into tangible industrial value.    On-site feedback from live deployments will drive faster product iteration, fostering an open, mutually beneficial global robotics innovation ecosystem and removing barriers for more outstanding solutions to enter international markets.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。

B | 国家防总、应急管理部当日组织中国气象局、水利部、自然资源部、交通运输部、农业农村部等部门以及浙江、福建和其他可能受影响的省份联合会商，研判台风“白海豚”发展趋势，进一步研究部署台风防范应对工作。

C | 据气象部门预测，今年第13号台风“白海豚”预计于8月9日下午至次日早晨在浙江到福建北部沿海地区登陆。

D | 台风“白海豚”具有远洋长驱、高强度持久、风雨影响广等特点，华东、华中以及华北等多地可能遭受极端强降雨，发生山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市内涝等灾害风险高。会商强调，要立足防强台风、防强降雨、抢大险、救大灾，着眼最不利情况，做足最充分准备。

E | 要严格落实“船回港、人上岸”等防台风措施，突出抓好山沟沟口、狭窄河道、临坡临崖等高风险区域和养老机构、施工工地、旅游景点等重点部位转移避险，对老弱病残孕等行动不便人员“一点一策”落实帮扶措施，防止转移人员擅自返回。要强化非正规景点、交通线路的防汛安全管理，对野外露营区、民宿农家乐提前采取关停等措施，对不安全的路段采取停运、封控措施。要高度重视大江大河大湖防汛工作，紧盯流域雨情汛情，科学调度工程体系，落实水库预泄、河网预排等措施，加强水库堤防巡查防守和抢险准备。
